Delete Your asQkme Data

This page is for users of asQkme, the social polling and matching app. You do not need to sign in. Fill in the form below to request that some or all of your asQkme data is deleted without deleting your asQkme account.

How to request asQkme data deletion

1. Enter the email address on your asQkme account and choose the data you want deleted.
2. Add any extra details, then tap Submit data deletion request.
3. asQkme will process the request within 30 days. Your account stays open.

What data can be deleted while keeping your account

On request, asQkme can delete the following while your account remains open:

• Profile information: profile photo, extra profile fields, and similar details you added
• Content you created: polls, comments, and direct messages
• Activity data: votes, answers, matches, friend connections, and related notifications
• Uploaded media tied to your account, such as poll images and your profile photo

What data is kept so the account can continue

• Account identifiers needed to sign in: email address, username, and authentication credentials. These stay so you can keep using asQkme.
• Limited legal or safety records: information we must keep to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms of Service, only for as long as needed for those purposes.
• De-identified or aggregated data: information that no longer identifies you, such as anonymous poll totals.

If you want those remaining account identifiers deleted too, you must delete the asQkme account using the Delete Account page.

Retention period

asQkme processes verified data-deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be kept longer when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to protect the safety and security of asQkme and its users.
